Builder, work with top product design talent to build performant APIs and clever tooling
Ownership, take product requirements from start to launch, debug, and quickly fix bugs
Adaptable, ability to quickly switch between projects, hitting moving targets from multiple stakeholders
Sustainable, keep up to date on latest tech and best practices, continuously improve and challenge yourself

Skills and Qualifications Required for this Dynamic Team Member:

Experience & Expertise

8+ years of experience as a Front-End Software Engineer.
Proven track record of developing exceptional front-end applications using React, Webflow, and/or WordPress.
Experience turning static mockups into reality, including converting Figma designs into fully responsive, pixel-perfect web pages hosted on Webflow, WordPress, or custom apps in React.
Technical Skill
Strong proficiency in TypeScript (React), CSS3, HTML5, and JavaScript (ES6+).
Hands-on expertise with Webflow and WordPress is required.
Experience in responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
Familiarity with tools like Webpack, Babel, and version control systems (Git).
Experience with GraphQL APIs and integrating them into front-end workflows.
Proven ability to define and maintain front-end standards to ensure consistency and alignment across digital platforms.

Design & Collaboration

Strong experience in developing component libraries or implementing design systems.
Work closely with UX/UI designers, back-end developers, and stakeholders to deliver cohesive, high-quality user experiences.
Leadership & Best Practices
Conduct code reviews, promote development best practices, and mentor junior developers to enhance team performance.
Ensure front-end performance, scalability, and maintainability in all applications.
Communication & Documentation
Demonstrated ability to document ideas and write clear, well-commented code, fostering collaboration and understanding among team members.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple development tasks simultaneously and synthesize clear, actionable results.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues at all levels.
