SIGN-ON BONUS:

External candidates are eligible for a one-time signing bonus of $2,000(Pro-rated for part-time positions). The bonus will be paid out as a $1,000 gross pay adjustment in the first paycheck, the second installment of $1,000 will be paid upon completion of six months of service in the department hired into. Amounts reflect gross pay, prior to applicable tax withholdings and deductions required by law.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Dental Assistant will provide dental assistance to the residents and staff dentist in the clinical setting. Responsible for sterilization, preparation and maintenance of the dental instruments as well as inventory control and supplies to perform dental procedures in the clinic.

EDUCATION:

High School or GED graduate, and completion of an accredited dental assisting and dental radiology course. CPR certification.  "Traditional Dental Assistant" State Licensure Required.
