As a Security Officer - Logistics Patrol in Frackville, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more.

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Help to deter unauthorized activity by conducting regular and random patrols throughout the logistics and distribution location, including the business premises and perimeter.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Communicate observations and/or incidents to Allied Universal management and client representatives as required.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and/or other designated areas to help maintain a secure environment within the logistics and distribution facility.
• Complete reports and logs as required, documenting patrols, observations, and/or incidents encountered during the shift.
• Support access control procedures by checking credentials and/or visitor logs as applicable to the site.
• Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal team members to address security-related concerns and/or emergencies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
