Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Demand Planner to join our EMEA Lubricants Supply Chain team in Kraków for 18 month’s fixed term contract. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to Shell’s business growth by developing accurate demand forecasts and optimizing supply chain capabilities.

As a Demand Planner, you will collaborate closely with Sales & Marketing teams and play a key role in shaping our planning processes. This role offers excellent exposure to commercial operations and opportunities for personal development within a global organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop unconstrained demand forecasts at SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) level using statistical models and market insights.

  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to ensure forecast accuracy and alignment.

  • Manage portfolio changes in planning systems in a timely manner.

  • Participate in production capacity assessment meetings.

  • Support Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives to enhance demand signal. quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.

  • Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Experience working in both physical and virtual environments.

  • Familiarity with SAP/ERP systems; knowledge of planning tools (e.g., Kinaxis Maestro) is a plus.

  • Confident presentation skills and PowerPoint proficiency.

  • Proactive, curious, and goal-oriented mindset.

  • Fluent English (minimum C1 level).

  • Previous experience in supply chain planning is an advantage.

  • Hybrid Working Model - 2 days per week from the office.
