As a Senior Staff Engineer (Senior Tech Lead), your role is crucial in driving our mission to unlock new value and personal growth in the world of entrepreneurship. Responsibilities:

• Forge consensus with senior stakeholders on technical approaches for highly uncertain problem domains.
• Develop or enhance technical patterns that significantly influence the engineering craft.
• Showcase versatility by working with all major connected components, while specializing in 1-2 of them.
• Demonstrate quick adaptability by effectively contributing to the team in a short span.
• Offer thought leadership and guidance beyond mentorship, aiding the engineering community to get shit done more efficiently.
• Propel teams towards heightened operational excellence.
• Streamline complex systems within the scope of a large domain.
• Influence not only your team but also neighboring teams, and set patterns and direction for an engineering subdiscipline.
• Establish new patterns that are adopted across the entire subdiscipline.
• Represent our technical direction within the industry context.
• Elevate the standard for operational excellence across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in software development and experience designing and building public facing APIs.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven experience championing and delivering on complex technical projects involving multiple engineering teams.
• Strong collaboration demonstrated through strong partnership with Director level Product, UX and engineering staff and technical leaders across multiple orgs and teams.
