Senior Product Manager

The Product Owner will work closely with our leadership team to identify, evaluate, and develop innovative ideas, potentially leading to the launch of new products, services, or new ventures.

Responsibilities:

• Conducted market research and competitive analysis, discovered customer needs, and identified emerging trends to create new business opportunities aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
• Take ownership and accountability for the success of assigned projects and initiatives, operating with the mindset of a business owner. Represent the project publicly and proactively driving growth and results.
• Develop and refine business plans, financial models, and go-to-market strategies for potential new ventures.
• Identify and form strategic partnerships with relevant industry experts, potential partners and investors to accelerate product development and market entry.
• Work with engineering, design, and marketing teams to develop prototypes and minimum viable products (MVPs).

 

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in DeFi or blockchain-related products.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling successful DeFi or fintech products.
• Deep understanding of DeFi ecosystems, including protocols (e.g., Uniswap, Hyperliquid, Polymarket), smart contracts, tokenomics, tokenization and blockchain infrastructure (e.g., Ethereum, Layer 2 solutions).
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative, make tough decisions, and drive projects to completion in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
• Collaborative mindset with a willingness to listen, learn from others, and adapt based on feedback without an ounce of ego.
• Working knowledge of the blockchain tech stack including blockchain ledger, solidity smart contracts, and infrastructure like subgraph, RPCs, and nodes.
