Potential Schedule Depending on Availability:

B1 1800-0400 Sunday-Wednesday

B2 2000-0600 Sunday-Wednesday

C1 0600-1800 Friday-Sunday

D1 1800-0600 Thursday-Saturday

Compensation:

$23.70 per hour USD

+.50 Cents  per hour night shift incentive 

+$2.00 per hour bonus for perfect attendance

Qualifications:

• Must have 6 months of Stand-up Forklift experience within the last 2 years LISTED on the Application for consideration.
• Must have 6 months of Warehouse Experience with one employer within the last 2 years LISTED on the Application for consideration.
• Must be able to read invoices, labels, packing slips, records of materials, and able to document items/inventory as needed. 
• Must be able to understand instructions, and communicate effectively on a radio.
• Must pass post offer health assessment and drug screening.
• Cold Storage Experience is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• This position is responsible for ensuring all product and materials are loaded, unloaded, and processed through the warehouse in a timely and accurate manner using a motor-powered forklift while adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. Team members will be fully re-trained and certified on forklift during orientation.
•  As part of efficiently completing job tasks, a handheld scanner will be used to track products as it is loaded, unloaded, and moved around the facility.
• At certain times, other job duties may be part of the routine.
• Follow all Tyson Policies and Safety Guidelines.
• Sub Duties (May be required to work any or all of these positions)
• Receiver – Receives product accurately into the building using PIT.
• Put Away – Pulls product that has been received and puts it into the racking. May be required to palletize or split pallets.
• Replenisher – Pulls pallets from racking to replenish pick faces.
• Picker – (Case picker/Order Selector and full pallet picker) pulls product either in single or full palletized form to fill and build customer orders.
• Loader – Loads trucks with product in an efficient manner that will avoid product damage or loss.
