In this role, the Client Engagement Project Advisor will provide administrative support to the project management function, assisting in the coordination and completion of projects. Manage the day-to-day and logistics of programs like our client leadership coaching sessions, client webinar series, and assist with tasks related to our Reference and Ambassador programs, and help coordinate efforts for a variety of client events. Will plan, organize, control and deploy key milestones, deliverables and resources according to client goals, both internal or external. This role will work to connect the dots between our different programs and projects and foster collaboration between the teams.
No two days are the same, you will join the Client Experience and Engagement team--a fast-paced, motivated group of individuals dedicated to making a difference. You’ll get to know the business intimately from both the perspective of our clients and the shoes of our associates. Ultimately, this role will be able to project manage tasks and processes to make our programs happen, and apply that “extra touch” that our clients expect from Human Resources Outsourcing.
To thrive in this role, the ideal candidate must be highly detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple projects and their accompanying logistics at once.

WHAT YOU'LL DO: Responsibilities
What you can expect on a typical day:
Client engagement:
- Manage and own activities that deliver that "special something" to our clients, including participation in "thank you" gifts, hand-written notes, special invitations, and more.
- Track attendance and log client engagement activities, like reference calls or participation in Client Advisory Panels, in Henry (Salesforce), ensuring data is accurate and up-to-date for client success representatives.
- Manage Robotics Process Automation for scoring client engagement activities.
- Manage initiatives and materials that empower our associates to go the extra step.
Client Leadership/Training Event responsibilities:
- Location and venue scouting, RFP, and contract management for ~20 client events annually
- Manage all hotel and catering contracts and logistics.
- Assist with registration and coordination for clients to attend events.
Other engagement initiatives:
- Support and coordinate other client events.
- Assist with program management of all client engagement activities.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in event coordination, project management and/or, planning or management experience
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Creative problem solving and service-obsessed – will find a way to get to “yes.”
- Ability to context-switch and prioritize across multiple request
A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. Other acceptable experiences could include:
- Experience noted above, OR
- Military experience where skills including teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-through will help you build team and client relationships, identify solutions, and achieve success.
