Revenue Support Associate

We are on Fire in Park Ridge, IL!  Ignite Team Partners-home office of Ignite Medical Resort is Hiring a Revenue Support Associate experienced in Skilled Nursing/Long Term Care setting! This is an ONSITE position.

Our Revenue Support Associate is responsible for:

• Support monthly accounting close cycles and ensure internal and external reporting deadlines are met
• Complete analysis and support close and financial reviews
• Create and enter necessary monthly entries to PCC
• Complete Medicare Bad Debt Reviews monthly as well as enter adjustments to PCC
• Ensure all appropriate information is posted to the A/R within the allotted time frame
• Review account aging on a regular basis and report inconsistencies; correct errors as appropriate
• Be willing to cross-train and fill-in in other areas within department
• Supports group and management efforts
• All other projects and/or duties as assigned

Qualifications/Skills/Educational Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in Skilled Facility/LTC
• Knowledge of month end close processes and procedures
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Office, and Excel)
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of Point Click Care is a plus.
• Ability to work as a team member in a responsible, professional and proactive manner
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Flexibility and willingness to learn and grow as the company expands and changes
• Ability to work independently and follow through on tasks without direct supervision
• Must have excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and coordinate workload with high degree of proficiency and      accuracy
• Ability to work well under pressure in a flexible, diplomatic and expeditious manner
• Must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
