The Senior Pricing Manager is responsible for driving and executing the strategic vision for T-Mobile's product and service pricing portfolio. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and manage pricing initiatives for all business segments. The position involves providing post-launch analysis, conducting portfolio reviews, and evaluating the competitive landscape to identify threats and opportunities, shaping strategic responses that keep T-Mobile at the forefront of the market.

***This position must be located in Bellevue, WA. This is a hybrid schedule requiring at least 3 days a week in office.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assess, recommend, and develop comprehensive pricing strategies, offers, and promotions across various business segments to drive revenue growth and optimize profitability.
  • Maintain strong, productive relationships with key internal teams, ensuring alignment on pricing strategies and initiatives.
  • Lead the development and presentation of pricing reviews and marketing-related subjects to the senior leadership team, using a problem-solution framework and analytical insights to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Partner closely with Consumer Insights teams to establish objectives for pricing and customer research, ensuring pricing strategies align with customer expectations and market conditions.
  • Conduct post-launch performance analysis of pricing initiatives, including evaluating portfolio performance and competitive positioning. Provide recommendations to optimize pricing strategies based on insights and data-driven findings.
  • Continuously monitor the competitive landscape to identify threats and opportunities. Develop and propose strategic competitive responses to ensure T-Mobile remains a market leader.
  • Use financial models, data analytics, and reporting tools to track and measure the effectiveness of pricing initiatives and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Research, Applied Math, Physics, Engineering, or another quantitative field (Required).

Work Experience:

  • 7+ years of related work experience, including financial modeling, pricing strategy, and corporate strategy development (Required).

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong proficiency in Financial Modeling and skilled in developing complex pricing models (Required).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Solid experience in Database Management, with proficiency in extracting and manipulating data for analysis (Required).
  • Strong Reporting & Analysis skills, adept at analyzing large datasets and offering actionable insights (Required).
  • Advanced Analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize data and generate strategic recommendations (Required).
  • Exceptional Interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to senior leadership and other collaborators (Required).
  • Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and performing in-depth data analysis (Required).
  • Prior experience with Snowflake (Preferred).

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

Base Pay Range: $94,600 - $170,700

Corporate Bonus Target: 20%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
