Job Title: Part-Time Janitorial Staff Company: ServiceMaster Commercial Services Location: Hibbing, MN Position Type: Full Time Compensation: Starting at $16 per hour Schedule: This is a Full Time position. We’re looking for someone who can work evenings/nights Mondays - Fridays.

Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, LTD, and Life available after 60 days of employment
Raise Opportunity: $.50/hour raise after 90 days, and an additional $.50/hour after 1 year

Requirements:
You will need to provide your own steel toed shoes, we will provide all other PPE.

Please note this space is warm, you will need to be able to work in a warm facility.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting and vacuuming
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms and common areas
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
• Monitor and restock supplies as needed
• Report any maintenance or repair needs promptly
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines

Qualifications:

• Previous janitorial or custodial experience is preferred but not required
• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable using basic cleaning equipment and chemicals
• The ability to lift up to 25 lbs
