Graphic designer Customer Service - Richmond, VA

The role is the linchpin between the studio and our clients - we are looking for someone who can help strengthen current relationships and help build new ones, make decisions, and achieve results. 
  Core Functions: 

• Translate customer requirements into design and specification for production & install
• Use Adobe Illustrator for creating design templates for vehicle wraps, trade show displays, banners, wall graphics etc.
• Use CRM (customer relationship management) system to track calls , create estimates, work orders, billing 
• Coordinate between customers, production and vendors.
• Responsible for the quality of all products.

Other Required Skills: 

• Strong communication and listening skills. 
• Motivated with a great attitude; a desire to help others via an engaging personality 
• Update social media, newsletter to keep customer informed.
• Use of computers, spreadsheets and Artificial Intelligence software.

Ideal candidates will also possess: 

• 3+ years of prior Customer Service experience 
• 3+ year of Graphic Design using Adobe Illustrator
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree
