Confirms Senior Analyst (part time, fixed term - 1 year)

In this role You will:

• Accountable for checking and confirming the accuracy of third party and/or broker confirmations of trades, in a timely manner. 

• Timely response or escalation of issues or concerns related to compliance, commercial or Regulatory exposure

• Accountable for the accurate preparation of confirmations for standard paper and forward deals.

• Accountable for ensuring contracts result

• Take active part in any Contracts and Confirmations related cross functional projects.

• Liaise with other teams to ensure smooth operations; develop and maintain robust Front Office and stakeholder relationship

• Handle deviations and exceptions and escalate any significant control breakdown.

• Participate in and support ad hoc projects as required

What You need to be successful:

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred

• Relevant working experience in corporate environment

• Fluency in English, Japanese knowledge is a big advantage

• Ability to be accurate with good attention to detail  

• Ability to prioritize work and be organized

• Ability to understand the flow of data between systems and how changes may impact the business  

• Strong stakeholder management/customer service capabilities

• Good analytical skills 

• Good work ethics and professionalism 

• Good problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills
