We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to join our PM/Service Delivery Management team. The role involves overseeing project delivery, managing transition processes, and ensuring high-quality service delivery for our German business clients. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

 

• Manage IT projects and/or service transformation initiatives throughout the full project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, closure). 

• Coordinate transition processes, including onboarding new services from vendors and ensuring smooth integration with existing operations. 

• Oversee Service Delivery, ensuring KPIs, SLAs, and quality standards are met. 

• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders communicating effectively in German and English 

• Identify risks and project issues, initiate corrective actions, and report status to senior management. 

• Collaborate with PM, SDM, and pre-sales teams to support strategic initiatives. 

• Prepare reports and analyses on project progress and service performance. 

 

Requirements: 

 

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, Transition Manager, and/or Service Delivery Manager. 

• Experience working with German business clients. 

• Fluent business-level German (B2/C1). 

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2, Agile) and ITIL processes. 

• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders at different organizational levels. 

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
