Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to patients and assist nursing staff in delivering high-quality care. This role is vital in ensuring the comfort and well-being of our patients.

Shifts available:  Full-time 3-11pm, competitive wages, excellent benefits offered, time off with pay including, vacation, sick and holidays.  Daily lunch allowance, 403B match up to 6%

We also have POOL/per diem shift available.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

- Monitor and record patient vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff

- Help patients with mobility and physical activities

- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients

- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients

- Assist with feeding and hydration as needed

- Follow care plans and protocols as directed by nursing staff

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

- Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care

- Basic understanding of medical terminology and procedures

- Physical stamina to assist patients and perform necessary tasks

- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
