Our VUSION IoT Cloud platform enables retailers to improve their operational efficiency by automating pricing &amp; promotion, boosting product availability, enabling in-store geolocation and optimizing merchandising, while helping associates in their daily tasks (replenishment, order preparation, customer service…). ​</p><p>VUSION also improves the shopping experience (product search, navigation, in-store mobile services…) while giving consumers a better information at the shelf (product ratings, nutritional information, carbon footprint…).</p><p><strong>Why join us ?</strong></p><p>SES-imagotag offers all the benefits from a young and dynamic company:​</p><ul><li>Cutting-edge innovation, double-digit growth​</li><li>Happy place to work, with great offices ​</li><li>Lots of internal recurring events (afterworks, parties, seminars… )​</li><li>A very global mindset and culture.​</li></ul><p>And the stability of an international group, leader in its market:​</p><ul><li>Real, thorough ESG strategy​</li><li>Ambitious career plans​</li><li>A strong compensation policy (profit-sharing, insurance, additional paid-time off…)</li></ul><h3>Job Description</h3><p><strong>Main Activities and Responsibilities</strong></p><p>Directly reported to the EMEA Head of Customer projects, you will have the following missions in DACH area : </p><p><u>1) Customer projects responsibility for the region</u></p><ul><li>From pre-sales phases until roll-out of the solutions, you will responsible for the customer satisfaction and the perfect execution of the project management (planning, quality and costs)</li><li>With the Regional VP and the EMEA Head of Customer Projects, you will be involved in the definition of the regional Solutions strategy </li></ul><p><u>2) Team management</u></p><ul><li>Direct management of the customer PMs of the region: <ul><li>Defining the priorities among the project</li><li>Defining short-terms and mid-terms objective</li><li>Working on tools and processes improvement</li><li>Project manager trainings along the year (best practices, new process, PM deliverables templates etc.), onboarding of new comers, and making sure they are all trained and skilled on the group Solutions portfolio  </li></ul></li></ul><p><u>3) Region activity management / reporting </u></p><ul><li>Work closely with Key Account Managers on the services offers definition for the region</li><li>Monitor the Professional Services turnover (define the region budget together with VP Sales, follow-up the invoicing, monitor the generated margin etc.)</li><li>Weekly report the region activity to the EMEA Head of Customer Projects</li></ul><p>#HI-LY</p><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Graduated from bachelor or master’s degree in management, business or IT, you have a significant experience in team management ideally in retail field.<br/> You are ideally familiar with SaaS solution and pre-sales.</li><li>Strong background in international &amp; complex clients/projects with a comprehensive understanding of the digital landscape</li><li>Experience speaking to and presenting to dealer principals and general managers/C-Levels/decision-makers.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>Languages : </p><ul><li>German : native</li><li>English : fluent</li></ul><p> </p><p>Frequent travel to customers HQ / store or Group offices in Europe (mainly Paris)</p><p>For the first period of 6 months, need to spend time in Graz offices, Austria</p>
