We’re on the hunt for a talented animator who can bring our characters and worlds to life.</strong></p><p> What You'll Do:</p><ul><li>Work with designers and the game team to define the visual direction of animations.</li><li>Create animations for characters, objects, backgrounds, symbols, logos, and marketing materials.</li><li>Contribute art assets on projects when appropriate.</li><li>Collaborate with game producers and developers to ensure timely delivery of animations.</li><li>Organize and track art assets.</li><li>Communicate effectively and inspire confidence within the team and with partners.</li><li>Continuously improve work methods and pipelines.</li><li>Share knowledge and recommend best practices in animation.</li><li>Ensure that produced and integrated assets respect the artistic vision and quality standards of the game.</li></ul><p><strong> Who You Are:</strong></p><ul><li>2+ years of experience as an Animator in the gambling industry (Social Casino).</li><li>Knowledge of 2D and 2.5D animations in Spine.</li><li>Understanding of the game development process (Technical processes/Basic Pipelines).</li><li>Proficient in Photoshop.</li><li>Proactive, highly organized, and possess strong teamwork skills.</li><li>Experience with different animation styles (Realism/Casual/Stylization).</li><li>Skilled in creating character animations, UI items, VFX, and backgrounds.</li><li>Strong knowledge of animation principles, anatomy, body mechanics, weight, dynamics, acceleration, etc.</li><li>Independent with good communication skills.</li></ul><p><strong> Extra Points For:</strong></p><ul><li>Portfolio showcasing relevant animation work (Applications without a portfolio will not be considered).</li></ul><p><strong> Encouragement to Apply:</strong></p><p>We understand that confidence gaps and imposter syndrome can deter amazing candidates from applying.
