About the role
Partners with customers, sales, engineering, and product teams to design, demonstrate, and articulate Oracle solutions that solve real-world business challenges. Supports customer success by accelerating the adoption of Oracle technologies across both cloud and on-premises environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with strategic customers and build trusted advisor relationships at multiple levels, including technical and executive stakeholders
- Translate customer business objectives into solution architectures that leverage Oracle technologies across cloud and on-premises platforms
- Lead technical discovery sessions, whiteboarding, and proof-of-concepts to showcase Oracle’s capabilities and guide customer decision-making
- Deliver compelling demonstrations and technical presentations tailored to customer needs and industry context
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, and Engineering to influence strategy and support key account opportunities
- Create and share reusable technical assets such as reference architectures, presentations, and blog posts
- Serve as a technical leader within the organization, mentoring peers and contributing to internal best practices and strategy
- Stay current on Oracle’s roadmap and the broader competitive landscape to bring proactive guidance to customers and field teams

US: Hiring Range in USD from $52.16 to $95.91 per hour; from: $108,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 65/35 - 80/20.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
