Assistant Manager, Online Retail Operations

You will have at least 2 years of experience in an Operations or Customer Service role. A bachelor’s degree and experience is luxury watches or jewelry industry is preferred, as well as proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP.

 

What are we expecting from you?

The Online Retail Operations Assistant Manager will ensure the efficiency of the day-to-day operational activities related to the online business of Van Cleef & Arpels, Americas. This position will work cross-functionally, locally and internationally, to establish and deliver best-in-class services, and to propose continuous operational optimizations across the Web and Client Relations Center (CRC) channels. This role will support the implementation of new processes and systems in coordination with key stakeholders, execute on current processes and flows across the system architecture, and strive to deliver operational excellence from payment to order fulfillment to delivery. This role reports to the Manager of Online Retail Operations and will be based in our NYC corporate office.

 

In this role, you will:

 

• Ability to adjust working hours dependent on key consumption periods for Retail
• Solid understanding of Online Retail & Omnichannel Operations
• Outstanding computer skills with ability to learn new software applications quickly.
• Prior experience with SAP preferred.
• Team player with initiative, ability to prioritize, multi-task without sacrifice of attention to detail and ability to thrive in fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, communication, and follow through skills are required.

Salary Range: $85,000-$95,000
