What You’ll Do

  • Develop and deliver individualized, evidence-based care plans
  • Build meaningful relationships with patients and teammates
  • Provide high-quality manual therapy, functional rehab, and pre/post-operative care

  • Approximately $124,000–$135,000 total annual compensation
    (Base salary + tiered incentives + signing bonus + student loan reimbursement + CEU reimbursement)

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program

  • Current Colorado PT license (or eligibility)

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Interest in sports rehabilitation, manual therapy, and functional movement training

  • New graduates welcome and encouraged to apply
