Security/Access Control Technician

Description

Looking for a seasoned/experienced/reliable commercial Security / Access Control technician for immediate employment. You must pass a criminal background check, be drug free and have a clean driving record. Specialized training would be offered to the right candidate after a period of proven skill and proper work ethic and that in itself is a benefit that is well worth the effort. 

Requirements

• Knowledge of servicing and installing (but not limited to) WinPak, Vista, DSX, Avigilon, and Honeywell products
• Service, troubleshoot, and provide solutions for all aspects of electronic security systems
• Some physical installation required at times
• Systems Programming & Customer Training as needed
• Provide adequate and efficient solutions for service calls that include pictures and part numbers as needed
• Shown ability to plan and prioritize tasks in a focused work environment and maintain high levels of efficiency without direct supervision.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure the functionality of all facilities and equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and inspections.
• Minimum two years’ experience
• Must have the ability to be able to walk into a live building with thousands of occupants and handle work without incident.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Good troubleshooting skills required.
• Valid Driver’s license
