JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for you to join our dynamic and international Group HR team:  

/ Independent and proactive coordination of all organisational and administrative tasks related to the day-to-day business of Head of Group HR. 
/ Assist in special HR assignments and managing your own projects
/ Interface to the Executive Board offices, HR departments and business units of TRATON Group and its brands 
/ Connector between Group HR Teams and employees 
/ Preparation, coordination and follow-up of management meetings, HR info sessions and Team workshops 
 

YOUR SKILLS

/ Ideally, you have successfully completed a university degree (Bachelor's/Master degree preferred) or you have completed an apprenticeship in business administration (with some relevant professional experience).
/ You have initial professional experience in a function in an international industrial company and thrive in a fast-paced environment and in working in international teams
/ One of your biggest assets is a structural and organisational way of working including a good sense of priorisation in a dynamic environment
/ You are a team player with a service-oriented mind-set and enjoy working with others to find solutions
/ You are curious to develop yourself further and are open to other cultures and ways of working
/ You have a very good knowledge of written and spoken English and German, other languages such as Portuguese and/or Swedish are a plus
/ You have good research skills and are confident in using multiple IT applications (e.g. MS Office, XERA Travel tool, Success Factors,…) and curious to learn and adapt new apps 
/ You are best known for your commitment, team spirit, loyalty, discretion and reliability
