Job Details

The Business Development Representative is responsible for executing the vertical’s business strategy to grow the organization’s client base and establish new partnerships. This individual will establish and build relationships with representatives and leadership of group homes and potential clients and partners for AnewHealth programs and technology solutions in the Individuals with Developmental Disabilities (IDD) space. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Execute on vertical strategies and tactics to expand business into new accounts throughout a given region or market. 

  • Manage daily and weekly activities, pipelines, forecasts and closed sales to ensure quota results based on successful pipeline management. 

  • Manage incoming leads as presented in the assigned territory or market. 

  • Effectively articulate the value of technology products and services to support the sales process. 

  • In partnership with vertical leadership, negotiate contracts allowing access to our products. 

  • Manage Salesforce information related to prospective clients with updates to account data including contact information, demographics etc. 

  • Provide feedback from prospective client interactions to help refine processes. 

  • Attend/participate in relevant conferences and staff exhibits to build awareness, relationships and expand business. 

  • Partner with  program management/implementation team to support the onboarding of new clients and solutions. 

  • Stay current on health plans, benefit structures, and healthcare/IDD industry, as applicable. 

  • Ensures that HIPAA guidelines are followed in every communication with clients.

Education:
