Compensation Range: $19-21 hourly
Compensation will be dependent upon geographic region, education, and experience.

Job Description
The Administrative Assistant performs clerical support in an efficient manner in accordance with established procedures and as directed by your supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Must have excellent communication skills. You will be the first line of communication between your boss and the outside world, potentially speaking with clients, other employees and upper management.
- Must be able to thrive in a fast- pace environment and work independently. Must possess the ability to work well under pressure and maintain a high level of confidentiality with calm and professional demeanor
- Shares pertinent information with team as obtained from clients or families.
- Maintains a professional atmosphere both on the telephone and in the waiting area.
- Maintains a filing system for various company functions, including, but not limited to, copying and set-up
- You will be responsible daily for writing emails, transcribing notes, faxing, copying, and creating spreadsheets or printing documents.
- Assists with projects from other departments, as necessary.
- Attends in-service training, when necessary.
- Maintains confidentiality pertaining to clients and families
- Maintains and orders office supplies for every department.
- Greets visitors and clients in a professional manner.
- Adheres to all company policies and procedures.
- Completes other tasks, as assigned.
- Receive and follow reception schedule/instructions from your supervisor and as outlined in our established policies and procedures.
- Operate telephone system as required.
- Answer telephones determine nature of call and direct caller to appropriate individual or department.
- Receive inquiries and release information in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Maintain a current file/listing of patients
- Greet visitors and direct to the appropriate place.
- Give directions/information to visitors, guests, patients, sales representatives, etc.
- Offer beverages to visitors waiting for administrative personnel, as appropriate.
- Ensure all visitors/guests sign in on the confidentiality (HIPAA) log.
- Issue and collect guest badges as guests/visitors sign in.
- Ensure guests/visitors abide by existing rules and refuse admission to persons as directed.
- Report suspicious persons/information to a supervisor immediately.
- Assist all staff and departments with administrative duties, as directed. (This includes typing, filing, etc.)
- Receive, sort and distribute mail as directed.
- Operate copier, office machines, etc., as directed.
- Operate computer as directed or needed.
- Order supplies as directed or needed.
This is a full time position that will work Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Science or other related field is preferred
- Minimum of 1 year in a clerical position is required
- Minimum of 2 years of sobriety required
