Our East Jacksonville clinic is growing, and we’re looking for a compassionate, motivated RBT who is ready to make a difference every single day.</p> <hr> <h2>What You’ll Do</h2> <ul> <li>Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)</li> <li>Implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans</li> <li>Collect and document data to track client progress</li> <li>Collaborate closely with your BCBA to ensure effective, data-driven care</li> <li>Support clients in homes, schools, and clinic settings</li> <li>Assist with behavior support and crisis management when needed</li> </ul> <hr> <h2>What We’re Looking For</h2> <ul> <li>Active RBT Certification</li> <li>FL Medicaid and NPI ID</li> <li>Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license</li> <li>Experience working i
