About the role
Dentologie dental group is seeking an awesome General Dentist to join us in a full-time role:
Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at one of our downtown Chicago practices and Tuesdays, Thursdays at our Evanston practice (1601 Sherman, Suite B, Evanston, IL 60201).
As a member of our dentist team, you can expect:
- Compensation based on 32.5% of adjusted net production
- Average first-year dentist earnings of $254,000

At Dentologie, you can expect to work with industry leading technology and equipment, such as:
- Cloud-based Dentrix Ascend DPMS.
- Best-in-class: x-rays with Dexis sensors; cone beam at all locations with Dexis OP3D.
- iTero 5D Plus and/or the newly released iTero Lumina.
- In-house milling with Glidewell’s FastMill, which allows for same day delivery of pre-sintered zirconia crowns.
- DCI Series 5 chairs that come fully equipped with integrated electric motors for restorative and endodontic procedures. Piezos built-in to each chair, as well.
- Best-in-class materials and products via Kerr (i.e. Simpleshade), 3M (i.e. retraction paste), Coltene (Alpen burs), and many more.
- Provide ortho via Invisalign with a predictable system as part of training. Vivera retainers are considered standard at Dentologie (the retainer offered for the supreme quality).
We are growing quickly as a group here in Chicago (currently 13 office locations, all PPO) with an active patient base of 40,000 patients!
Responsibilities:
- Provide consultation with patients and discuss and treat dental concerns, perform regular cleanings and other preventative procedures, and establish a comprehensive treatment plan for better dental hygiene and positive restorative outcomes.
- Perform dental procedures, such as extractions, root canals, and filling cavities.
- Correct bite issues and overcrowding.
- Apply preventative measures for teeth, such as sealants or whiteners.
- Prescribe medications for dental problems, such as pain medications or antibiotics.
- Order diagnostic measures, such as x-rays, models, etc.
- Utilize tools such as drills, probes, brushes, or mirrors, to examine and treat teeth.
- Keep accurate records relating to the patient's oral health and the tx rendered to them.
- Manage positively and openly communicate with other staff members to provide outstanding care to patients.
- Diagnose, tx plan, and diagnose oral disease and oral manifestation of systemic diseases.
- Routinely follow-up with patients whom you’ve provided treatment via phone or email.
