<p dir="ltr"><b>We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Ellucian Banner Finance Technology Functional Analyst to support and optimize our Banner ERP Finance module. This role bridges the gap between finance operations and technology, ensuring seamless integration, configuration, and enhancement of financial systems to support institutional goals.</b></p>

<h3 dir="ltr"><b>Key Responsibilities</b></h3>

<ul>
<li dir="ltr">
<p dir="ltr"><b>Serve as the subject matter expert for the Banner Finance module, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Budgeting, Fixed Assets, and Grants. Collaborate with finance and IT teams to analyze business processes and recommend system improvements.</b></p>
</li>
<li dir="ltr">
<p dir="ltr"><b>Configure and maintain Banner Finance modules to align with institutional policies and compliance requirements.</b></p>
</li>
<li dir="ltr">
<p dir="ltr"><b>Troubleshoot functional issues and provide end-user support and training.</b></p>
</li>
<li dir="ltr">
<p dir="ltr"><b>Document workflows, procedures, and system configurations.</b></p>
</li>
<li dir="ltr">
<p dir="ltr"><b>Participate in system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new features.</b></p>
</li>
<li dir="ltr">
<p dir="ltr"><b>Ensure data integrity and support reporting needs using SQL and other tools.</b></p>
</li>
<li dir="ltr">
<p dir="ltr"><b>Liaise with vendors and consultants to implement best practices and system enhancements.</b></p>

<h3 dir="ltr"><b>Required Qualifications</b></h3>

<p dir="ltr"><b>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred). Minimum 3–5 years of experience with Ellucian Banner Finance.</b></p>
</li>
<li dir="ltr">
<p dir="ltr"><b>Strong understanding of finance operations and ERP systems.</b></p>
</li>
<li dir="ltr">
<p dir="ltr"><b>Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools.</b></p>
</li>
<li dir="ltr">
<p dir="ltr"><b>Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.</b></p>
</li>
<li dir="ltr">
<p dir="ltr"><b>Experience with Ellucian Workflow or integration with HR/Payroll modules is a plus.</b></p>
