The Opportunity
Join CACI's cutting-edge Integrated Counter Unmanned Aerial System Vehicle (ICV) team in Belgrade, MT as a Systems Engineer and help shape the future of defense technology!
As a key member of our innovative team, you will:
- Inform integrated system design by tracking and managing requirements
- Actively participate in tests, applying your expertise to refine and improve systems
- Perform and document critical tests for system functionality
- Provide design review input
- Foster innovation by contributing valuable insights to technical designs
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Knowledge of system interface design
- Knowledge of the intricate interplay between hardware, software, and user interfaces
- Ability to think critically and solve complex engineering challenges
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities
- Assisting with requirements gathering and documentation
- Participating in system design reviews
- Helping with testing and validation processes
- Contributing to technical documentation
- Supporting configuration management activities
- Helping with system integration tasks
- Assisting with data analysis and reporting
- Supporting project management activities related to systems engineering
Qualifications
Required:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Experience working with requirements, verification, and validation
- Experience in developing test procedures
Desired:
- Master of Science in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
- Experience working with systems-of-systems
- Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work on tight deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills – both written and verbal
