Your Tasks
• Representing procurement in relevant small/medium business projects with a specific need for sourcing support and/or dedicated attention & procurement projects
• Responsible for initiating and coordinating RFQ/RFIs, negotiating conditions and selecting suppliers within own area of responsibility and according to established responsibilities and value limits
• Complaint management and solution
• Coordinating demands with internal demand owners, actively identifying and pursuing opportunities to add value to the business (e.g. bundling)
• KPIs/targets: saving, payment terms, sustainability, internal compliance
PO Processing of local country materials (e.g. promotional goods, co-packing materials) and services for the unit in scope
• Maintenance and quality assurance of relevant master data for supported negotiation/contracting processes (e.g. category spends, contractual terms, supplier data)
• Accountable and responsible to assure full compliance with relevant Proc and corporate guidelines and policies within own area of responsibility
• Contribution to transactional productivity (trigger to Category Managers etc. for setting up new frame contracts, RPA ideas etc.)
• Content management of eCatalogues, and other automated order channels in order to increase automation
• Order confirmation tracking and handling
Your Profile
Hard skills
• Bachelor degree (ideally in Business/Economics/Engineering)
• Master degree will be considered a plus
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in Procurement, ideally in FMCG company and managing marketing and indirects categories
• Italian and English fluent, both in oral and written communication
• SAP/SAP4HANA knowledge, ideally also SAP Ariba and SRM system
• High knowledge on Office automation tools (Excel, Power Point, Word)
