About the Work:

Join us as a Senior Financial Analyst, where you will play a vital role in driving and scaling Honor's growth trajectory. Our dynamic FP&A organization is seeking an analytical, organized, and forward-thinking candidate to join our highly skilled team. As part of our FP&A team, you will contribute to the development of our annual operating budget, monthly forecasts, and multi-year strategic plan. As a Senior Financial Analyst at Honor, you will be responsible for owning the budgeting and forecasting processes for various departments. This includes:

  • Partnering with the business to ensure accuracy for spend, headcount, and other key metrics based on operational performance.
  • Preparing budget vs. actual variance analysis and other relevant reporting, leading thoughtful analyses, and evaluating key drivers and metrics to drive operational efficiencies. Collaborating with the controllership organization on accruals and other elements of the close process will also be part of your responsibilities, and you will have the opportunity to evolve these processes as needed.
  • Play an essential role in executing key month-end and quarter-end business processes and participating in the company's long-range strategic planning.

Our ideal candidate has:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, along with 3+ years of work experience in an FP&A role at a high-growth company. Experience at a late stage startup is preferred. 
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a must, and we highly value candidates with experience developing and scaling financial processes in a fast-paced environment to effectively support cross-functional teams.
  • We appreciate individuals who bring new ideas and creative solutions to the table and have a proven track record of taking ownership and driving business results.
  • Meeting tight deadlines and effectively prioritizing workloads is essential, and any experience with Workday Adaptive Planning, NetSuite, and BI tools such as Looker is a plus.

Our range reflects the hiring range for this position.  We use national average to determine pay as we are a remote first company.  Individual pay is based on a number of factors including qualifications, skills, experience, education, and training.

Base pay is just a part of our total rewards program.  Honor offers equity and 401K with up to a 4% match.  We provide medical, dental and vision coverage including zero cost plans for employees.  Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability and Life Insurance are fully employer paid with a voluntary additional Life Insurance option.  We offer a generous time off program, mental health benefits, wellness program, and discount program.
