Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Reporting Manager to oversee data management and reporting for our programs. This position will involve managing data collection and reporting through the CEJA system, tracking key metrics such as participant demographics, enrollment, completion rates, and employment outcomes. The Reporting Manager will generate quarterly reports for the Department and regional administrators, ensuring compliance with state data requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience in program evaluation and reporting within a non-profit or educational context.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage all aspects of data collection and reporting for program activities using the CEJA system.
- Track and analyze participant demographics, enrollment figures, completion rates, and employment outcomes.
- Generate comprehensive quarterly reports for submission to the Department and regional administrators, ensuring all reports meet state data requirements.
- Collaborate with program staff to ensure accurate and timely data entry and reporting.
- Conduct program evaluations to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain organized records and documentation to support data integrity and reporting accuracy.
- Develop and implement data management policies and procedures to enhance program performance metrics.
- Provide training and support to staff on data entry processes and reporting requirements.
- Stay updated on state data requirements and best practices in program evaluation and reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Management, Statistics, Social Sciences, or related discipline);
- Strong proficiency in data management systems and reporting tools, specifically with the CEJA system.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and present data in a clear and meaningful way.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with data visualization tools preferred.
