About the role
GO Mortgage, a growing and dynamic independent mortgage banker, is seeking a detail-obsessed, creative Marketing Coordinator or Junior Designer on a part-time, contract basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves bringing ideas to life visually, and wants to contribute to an energetic, collaborative marketing team. You’ll support day-to-day design and video needs across both GO and PacRes Mortgage, with the opportunity to grow your skills in social media, brand marketing, and creative production. We’re looking for an organized, communicative, and dependable teammate who’s eager to learn, open to feedback, and comfortable juggling multiple projects at once—with a good sense of humor along the way. You should have a sharp eye for detail (think: spacing, transitions, and typography), and a passion for creating content that’s fresh, fun, and on-brand. 🔧 Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-quality static and short-form video content for social media use (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Create visual marketing content—including flyers, emails, social graphics, and presentations—and assist with basic design requests across both brands with support from our creative team.
- Support the creation of clear, engaging, and on-brand copy when needed
- Collaborate with internal team members on ongoing marketing initiatives.
- Maintain consistency across two brand identities and ensure all assets align with visual guidelines.
- Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Experience editing video using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar
- Ability to manage time effectively, meet deadlines, and stay organized across multiple projects
- Detail-oriented with a strong eye for layout, typography, and visual consistency
- Strong communication skills—able to take feedback, ask questions, and collaborate with a team
- Creative thinker who enjoys bringing ideas to life through design and video
- Digital portfolio required
- Familiarity with the mortgage, real estate, or finance space
- Comfort writing or editing short-form content (social posts, captions, headlines)
- Experience managing or supporting social media accounts
