Your job

• Implement strategic company goals and roll out of sales and marketing strategies on a regional level as well as establish new market opportunities including identification, analysis and processing of market potential
• Develop and implement a business plan with relevant local partners for all Zumtobel brands
• Build long-term customer relationships in the electronics industry with architects, consultants, end-users, wholesalers, traders, installers etc.
• Influence tender specifications by close follow-ups of potential and assist the preparation of tender documents
• Monitor and analyze the market and competition to explore new business opportunities Negotiate frame contracts and generating timely sales reports with P&L responsibility
• Lead and coach the local teams in order to achieve common goals

Your profile

• University degree in business or technical science, ideally with focus on international Sales/Marketing
• Strong commercial skills and proven track record of profitable long-term business partnerships in industries such as construction (-related), building services, real estate, property management, full service providers.
• Enthusiastic, proactive and self-reliant person with excellent communication and leadership skills and the ability to inspire teams to achieve corporate goals
• Advanced IT skills, experience with CRM tools and full professional proficiency in Dutch and English
