Leading the Corporate Support to all Amadeus entities (Local Finance teams) and end users (Amadeus employees worldwide) regarding critical incidents, developments, new <span>implementations. Responsible</span> for collaboration with Corporations teams, validating new requirements from all Amadeus entities worldwide. Responsible for alignment with Cytric Delivery Team for implementations. Leading Cytric Expense training. Key expert of the different Support tools (<span>WINAPPROACH, Amadeus Service HUB... ). In charge of Travel Expenses Global projects completion.<span>)</span></span><span>                     </span> <span>                                               </span></p><p></p><p><span><b>Your responsibilities:</b></span></p><p></p><p>Corporate Travel Expense area:<br/>- Key role in implementations projects. Responsible for preparing detailed workshops<span> providing</span> feedback and following the issues up. Leading meetings on TE side to ensure effective discussions and solutions.<br/>- In charge of Travel Expenses reporting, Travel Expenses reporting tool EXPERT (CYTRIC INSIGHT). TE KPIs of Finance Service Center calculation for their performance <span>evaluation.        </span><br/>- Take part of quarterly release sessions of Cytric and analyze the impact, importance and priority for the releases to be implemented in Amadeus <span>entities                              </span><br/>- Responsible for communication to all Amadeus entities of new enhancements in the tool or possible workarounds for critical <span>incidents.     </span></p><p></p><p>Corporate Support to Amadeus entities<span><span>:                                                                                        </span> </span>-<br/>- Leading the Corporate Support to the different local accounting teams. Leading the training on Cytric Expense tool.<br/>- Responsible for TE support tools management (win approach / Amadeus Service Hub /  my ServiceDesk  Service Now) .<br/>- Continuous communication with Travel Expenses local teams to guide them on incidents and new enhancements in Cytric Expenses<br/>- Managing  the adoption of Global Finance Template worldwide.<br/>- Ensure all incidents from users are solved on time <br/>- Ensure all Travel expenses guides &amp; related documentation are <span>updated.                                             </span></p><p></p><p><span>Leading Implementation</span> Cytric Expense to new Amadeus entities:<br/>- Working with local Finance teams, Corporations delivery and technical teams, Group Travel Management team. In charge of validating policies, impact analysis and information regarding new entities that implement Cytric Expense<br/>- Analyze, along with Cytric delivery team, the requirements needed for the local team in the tool and its settings.<br/>- Leading the User Acceptance Test with Finance end users.<br/>- Lead and deliver Cytric Expense awareness sessions and End to End trainings to different stakeholders.<br/>- Responsible for the analysis and validation of results and improvements in different phases of the process of <span>implementation. </span></p><p></p><p><span>Collaborative</span> Corporations projects:<br/>1) Cytric Easy:<br/>- Responsible of analysis &amp; validation of Cytric Easy expense enhancements and report incidents or propose improvements<br/>- Responsible for guidance to users and local finance teams<br/><br/>2) TM&amp;E Cytric chatbot:<br/>- Managing with the Finance Travel expenses teams during, the plan and execution of the project.<br/>- Organize and define the information/ policies/ guides needed to be included in the bot. Working along with Corporations product, delivery and technical teams to understand key aspects of the tool and its impact.<br/>- Lead and organize different UATs with Amadeus employees to validate their feedback to improve the bot content. Use of confluence tool.<br/>- Responsible to build the support process for TM&amp;E - expenses chatbot project. </p><p><span>                                                                                               </span> <span>                            </span></p><p><span><b>About the ideal candidate:</b></span></p><p></p><p>-Bachelor’s degree in economics, Business management or similar.  Master as an asset.</p><p>-5+ years of relevant work experience in Finance and more precisely in Travel Management Area. Experience in project management. Experience working in an international environment with people located in different regions worldwide.
