Country Operations Manager France

<h2><b>We want you to:</b></h2> <ul> <li>Purchasing and sourcing vehicles to expand and/or enhance the fleet</li> <li>Negotiate and maintain the relationship with insurance companies</li> <li>Oversee market’s P&amp;L up to gross profit level</li> <li>Engage with key clients and oversee B2b activities in the market</li> <li>Negotiate and maintain the relationship with road assistance partners</li> <li>Scheduling regular maintenance on all vehicles</li> <li>Ordering urgent or emergency repairs as needed</li> <li>Establishing efficient routes and transportation schedules Ensure smooth</li> <li>procedures of vehicles sourcing, logistic and operational flows.</li> <li>Coordinating Drivers and on-staff maintenance professionals when setting</li> <li>customer’s schedules</li> <li>Managing vehicle licensure and registration Searching for, hiring and training new fleet representatives </li> <li>Providing reports to management on budgeting, schedules, maintenance and fleet progress</li> <li>Developing methods to decrease cost and improve efficiency</li> <li>Responsible for the fleet overall value</li> </ul><h2><b>About you:</b></h2> <ul> <li>At least 7 years of experience as a fleet manager in a rental or mobility company in Europe</li> <li>Excellent leadership skills, including goal-setting, motivation and training<br/>Expert knowledge of best driving, delivery, vehicle maintenance and other industry practices</li> <li>Familiarity with transportation scheduling and management software</li> <li>Understanding of basic vehicle mechanics, including the ability to identify when major repairs are needed</li> <li>Good problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills Exceptional organization, time management and multitasking abilities</li> <li>Strong knowledge of RV management </li> <li>Knowledge of the French automotive regulative framework<br/>Great written and verbal communication skills in French and English.</li> </ul><h2><b>Rewards and Benefits</b></h2> <ul> <li>Newly created role with opportunities to develop, execute and evolve the business and product strategy</li> <li>International working environment with possibility to work at the leading edge of mobility services </li> <li>Highly competitive salary and benefits package</li> </ul>
