Customer Operations Team Leader Surgical

As a Customer Operations Teamleader Surgical you will be responsible for the outcome of the Customer Service team in ensuring the correct and timely creation and delivery of customer orders, invoices and credit and debit notes while establishing superb relations with our internal and external stakeholders and drive improvement opportunities.

In this role, a typical day will include:

• To ensure a dynamic continuous improvement effort is maintained in the customer operations department.
• To ensure clear and adequate communications to and from the customer operations  department.
• To strive for customer and employee satisfaction to make every customer touch point brilliant.
• Coaching 10 supports

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:

• Bachelor degree or similar by relevant experience and/or education
• Native in Danish or Swedish and fluent in English, any other Scandinavian language is an asset.
• Leadership experience is required
• Knowledge of an ERP-system/MS Office/Reporting systems/Sales force
• Good (tele)communication skills
• Innovative
• Stress resistant
• Customer and quality oriented
• Team player (integer, respectful, collaborative, loyal)
• Result driven, action oriented
• Autonomy and problem solving capacity
• Manage difficult customers
