The Noblis Solution Delivery Organization (SDO) develops, plans, and delivers emerging solutions ensuring the highest quality products are produced and implemented across a wide variety of federal government customers.   

 

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle for Noblis solutions in an Agile team environment. 
  • Design and implement data analysis software algorithms in Noblis solutions to enable clients to optimize condition-based maintenance, remote support, and troubleshooting of client equipment.  
  • Contribute to designs for data acquisition strategies and implementation. 
  • Review captured client data to refine, improve, and optimize data acquisition and analysis algorithms specific to the operational behavior of client equipment. 
  • Contribute to technical project documentation. 
  • Generate reports and presentations to provide to internal and external clients.  
  • Provide occasional support for on-site client data reviews.  
  • Provide Occasional support for installations on U.S. Navy ships. 

This is a Hybrid role!

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline (software engineering, computer engineering, mathematics, or computer science) plus 1 to 3 years  years of software development experience;OR Associate Degree with three (3) years of related experience OR High School diploma with six (6)  years of related experience.
  • Very knowledgeable in Object Oriented Programming & Design (Java, C++, or C#) 
  • Experience with both Linux and Windows® Operating Systems 
  • Exposure to major data science tools and languages such as Python, SQL, and data visualization tools  
  • Motivated Self-Starter 
  • Ability to travel occasionally. 
  • Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret security clearance

Desired Qualifications

  • Active DoD Secret Clearance  
  • Experience with or understanding of electromechanical systems and principals. 
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills. Proven results-oriented problem-solving abilities. Experience with presentation graphics and/or spreadsheet tools 
  • Ability to work in a dynamic team-oriented environment, demonstrate teamwork and initiative, and function productively in the face of new assignments and the re-prioritization of existing assignments.
  • Experience supporting US DoD Government clients.
