Job Details:

Manually kills birds missed by kill machine.

Job Synopsis: The back-up killer watches the picking lines for birds that are completely missed, or improperly cut, by the kill machine. Birds observed will be grasped at the head with one hand, and the other will use a knife, cutting across primary arteries in the neck to insure proper bleed-out. Any heads cut-off will be thrown into a bucket for proper disposal. In the event a problem arises in this area, they will turn a switch which activates a light to notify supervisor or floor personnel.

REHIRE CRITERIA: 365 DAYS WAITING PERIOD TERMINATE DATE, 3 TIMES RULE (CANDIDATE NOT ELIGIBLE IF WORK FOR TYSON 3 TIMES ALREADY)
