Senior Financial Analyst

As Senior Finance Analyst you will support the Corporate Finance Team in day-to day and MEC <span>accounting/controlling</span> activities, provide FP&amp;A and managerial reporting, and contribute to processes and tools improvements and automatization. We are looking for a proactive professional with problem solving attitude, curiosity, and passion for results. </p><p></p><p><b>Your Role:</b></p><ul><li><p>Participation in the MEC activities for selected entities.</p></li><li><p>Preparation of accounting documents and information (e.g. JVs, accruals/reserves, posting instructions, invoicing).</p></li><li><p>Correct recognition of transactions in the BS and P&amp;L for assigned entities.</p></li><li><p>Budgets preparation, monthly actuals and forecast reporting, updates for assigned cost <span>centers/functions/departments.</span></p></li><li><p>Preparation of various ad-hock reports, forecasts, and comparative analysis.</p></li><li><p>Optimization and automation of processes and reports.</p></li><li><p>Supporting (back-up) other team members.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Your Background:</b></p><ul><li><p>Higher education with major Accountancy, Finance, Economics</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of financial accounting principles</p></li><li><p>Very good knowledge of English</p></li><li><p>Very good computer skills - especially MS Excel</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of VBA (nice to have)</p></li><li><p>Experience in similar positions</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical skills</p></li><li><p>Good interpersonal and communication skills</p></li><li><p>Independence and good time management</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Why join us?</b> </p><ul><li><p>You can grow at Aptiv.
