Job Description

The Associate Director, International Learning – Immunology, serves as a strategic partner to multiple brand teams across the Immunology portfolio, assessing organizational learning needs and developing tailored strategies and plans in collaboration with team members.

This role is responsible for ensuring that the portfolio strategy for the assigned therapy area is effectively integrated into all learning programs and solutions. The Associate Director plays a key role in driving consistency, leveraging best practices, and creating synergies both within the assigned therapy area portfolio and across other brands in International Learning.

Additionally, the Associate Director collaborates closely with International Marketing, Areas, and Affiliates to design and deliver impactful learning programs and capability development solutions. These programs encompass new product launches, mature product support, promotional or regulatory updates, and new hire training.

A crucial aspect of the role is fostering the professional growth of International Learning team members and cultivating an inclusive culture that promotes collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

*Preferred location is Lake County, IL but for the right candidate can be remote in the US.
