Diversity is one of Salomon’s five values, therefore we are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all.</p><p>Salomon is headquartered in Annecy, France.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>Do you have around 3 years of experience in procurement, specifically in indirect purchasing?</p><p>Join us to optimize our procurement strategy for the Travel and Catering categories!</p><p>Your main objective will be to evolve this indirect procurement function.</p><p>This involves defining and implementing a procurement strategy where you will also add value to support Salomon's growth objectives and elevate the Purchasing function as a strategic partner within the company.</p><p><strong>Your missions:</strong></p><ul><li>Define the procurement strategy for your market(s).</li><li>Develop your knowledge of external markets, stakeholders, and costs to propose and direct internal services toward new solutions: concepts, processes, technologies, and innovations.</li><li>Select suppliers within your scope who meet expectations and are reliable in terms of quality, cost, delivery, development, and services.</li><li>Negotiate with external and internal stakeholders: formalize and contract decisions.</li><li>Assess supplier risks according to criteria defined by the Group (financial, revenue impact, social responsibility, geopolitical context, legal, etc.).</li><li>Address operational and complex disputes with suppliers and/or compliance with intervention conditions with related services.</li><li>Collaborate on deploying continuous improvement processes with our suppliers (lean, co-development, etc.).</li><li>Lead the setup and framing meetings for your market areas.</li><li>Facilitate the periodic review of contracts and associated key indicators.</li><li>Ensure technological monitoring.</li></ul><p><strong>Why join us in Annecy?</strong></p><p>Working at Salomon in Annecy means immersing yourself in an incredible outdoor sports culture while contributing to a global brand.
