Class A+ 55 + active adult community in Northwest Houston is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Full Time Leasing Manager to join our dynamic team.

You’ll be working closely with our growth team, helping us with administrative and marketing duties to provide a high level of customer service to our prospective, current and future residents.

Specific Requirements: Need a 55+ Leasing Manager with 55+ active adult experience.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Lease apartment by selling the benefits of living at one of our communities

· Always be selling – over the phone, through email and in person. You are the subject expert on the product, the property and the local neighborhood

· Generate leads by conducting effective follow up on the phone & through email

· Provide exceptional and consistent customer service to our residents & prospects

Requirements

• Onesite Software
• Lease-up experience preferred
• Need a 55+ active adult leasing Manager experience
• Must have experience, social media savvy marketing experience a plus
