Data Analyst - Private Banking - Brussels

At Winning Consulting, we are looking for a Data Analyst Consultant to join our teams on a project with an international private bank, supporting business and management teams in their data and reporting needs.

Location: Brussels (Belgium) - Spain

Work model: Hybrid (on-site 3 days/week)

Responsibilities

• Collect, organise and validate data from different sources.
• Create regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards for key stakeholders.
• Analyse data to identify trends, issues and opportunities.
• Ensure data quality and consistency in line with internal standards.
• Work closely with business and technical teams to clarify needs and improve reporting processes.

Required Skills

• + 3 years’ experience as a Data Analyst
• Advanced Excel and strong SQL skills for data extraction, cleaning and aggregation.
• Experience with Python and/or R for data analysis and modelling.
• Hands-on experience with BI and visualisation tools (Power BI or Tableau).
• Exposure to cloud environments (e.g. Azure, AWS or GCP) is a strong plus.
• Near-native / bilingual English, plus another European language (French or Dutch highly valued).
• Availability to work on-site in Brussels 3 days per week.
• Experience in banking, financial services or other regulated environments is a must.
• Prior experience in international or multicultural teams.
