Requirements
- 0-2+ years’ experience with Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to commute to shipping locations as needed.
- Must pass an extensive FBI background check
- Current Virginia Concealed Weapons Permit OR the eligibility to obtain a Virginia Concealed Weapons Permit, including completing all required courses.
- Ability to lift between 25 and 50 pounds for inventory and shipping needs.
- Availability to occasionally work weekends to support firearm shows, with company provided vehicle.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a secure, professional, and welcoming environment.
- Document, ship, and track firearm materials with strict adherence to all legal and regulatory guidelines.
- Manage and maintain two websites, ensuring online orders are processed promptly and accurately, and fully fulfill online delivery orders.
- Prepare and organize inventory for shipment, storage, and retail operations.
- Issue and receive weapons and ammunition to and from authorized personnel.
- Maintain accurate records of all weapons, ammunition, and related inventory.
- Conduct regular inspections and inventory updates to ensure accurate documentation.
- Store firearms securely and maintain compliance with all applicable state and federal laws.
- Attend and support all ATF inquiries and inspections, ensuring full compliance with federal regulations.
- Coordinate and manage third-party personnel responsible for the delivery and setup of building containers.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and effectively as needed.
- Assist with administrative work to include:
- Generating and managing invoices to support smooth financial operation.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, order and manage office supplies, and maintain well-functioning workspace.
- Scan, copy, and organize essential documents to support administrative efficiency.
