Job Description

As an IT Expert, you support IT Products and Services, that are used for Quality Management processes in the manufacturing area.

Tasks:

• As a team performance enabler you guide teams towards achieving high performance through coaching and mentoring
• Facilitate agile meetings to ensure structured working sessions leading to concrete results and added value
• Ensure use and implementation of agile methodology in the teams, adhering to overall organizational agile standards  
• Accompany the teams on the path to self-organization by promoting agile values (such as openness and trust)
• Promote continuous improvement and learning, bring in new ideas and challenge the status quo
• As an IT Product and Service Owner you are responsible for one of the Quality Management products during the complete product life-cycle.
• The focus is on standardization and harmonization of tools to generate high added value for the Bosch plants worldwide.
• This includes technical consulting: Design, develop, test, implement und Roll-out customer requirements in QM systems
• Being responsible for functional and technical support of several quality management systems worldwide
• Coordinating external provider for development and support activities
• Collaborate in a team of experienced IT consultants and developers in a global environment

Qualifications

Profile:

• Education: Completed studies in the field of information science or comparable subject area
• Experience: Several years of professional experience in Agile Project Management and IT products/services with Quality Management background
• Business Knowledge: Advanced knowledge in agile methodologies, Understanding of team dynamics and human behavior, Basics in Quality Management processes and tools
• Technical Know-how: Advanced knowledge in project management tools (e.g. JIRA, Azure DevOps, MS Planner,…), Basics in IT knowledge for databases, Citrix and Server-Client-Applications
• Competencies: Entrepreneurial, agile and future oriented mindset; proactive, positive and assertive attitude; strong passion for design and moderation of meetings/workshops; strong analytical skills; very good communication skills; flexibility; being a team player; strong self reflection and high level of empathy
• Languages: Very good competencies in spoken and written English, German would be beneficial
