This position requires in office presence on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.</p> <p>Join our team and support key programs that enhance the employee experience across benefits, wellness, and engagement.</p> <p>The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $65,000. Individual pay within the range will be based on role related experience, education, skills, and qualifications.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage day-to-day administration of employee benefits programs, systems and vendor relationships.</li> <li>Lead open enrollment activities and renewal support.</li> <li>Collaborate with brokers and HRIS for plan design guidance, claims resolution and eligibility management.</li> <li>Manage benefit processes and compliance with FMLA and multi-state regulations.</li> <li>Guide employees through the FMLA process.</li> <li>Design and drive wellness programs that engage employees and support well-being.</li> <li>Create and deliver clear, impactful employee communications and education.</li> <li>Oversee recognition programs, events, and employee engagement activities.</li> <li>Support onboarding and employee lifecycle processes by maintaining accurate employee data.</li> <li>Be a trusted partner to the CPXO by providing executive and administrative and operational support.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in business administration/human resources major required.</li> <li>2-3 years’ experience in benefits administration (vendor relations, claims, etc.).</li> <li>Must be proficient in MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel.</li> <li>Experience with HRIS or relevant databases such as Selerix, UKG.</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Clear communicator with a service-focused mindset.</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and support cross-functional initiatives.</li> <li>Willingness to learn other aspects of HR department as backup.</li> </ul> <p>Be part of a team that helps create a positive, engaging, and supportive workplace experience.</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p>ASI offers full-time employees a comprehensive benefits package including:</p> <ul> <li>Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage, availab
