Senior Manager, Energy Efficiency Programs (Remote in Wisconsin or Illinois)

We are currently seeking a Senior Manager to join our Energy Efficiency Programs Department. As a member of the Energy Solutions team, you will have a broad impact on energy efficiency markets and greenhouse gas reductions through our work for North American Program Administrators and other national leaders in energy efficiency. Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for the overall direction, management, quality control and completion of program deliverables.
- Overseeing the progress of a new program launch and manage a portfolio of projects.
- Communicating program progress to management, clients and external stakeholders.
- Interacting with customers, clients, and external collaborators.
- Developing and managing multiple complex project budgets and tasks with minimal oversight.
- Conducting market research and data analysis.
- Tracking of industry trends and other market changes that impact energy efficiency.
- Leading proposal content development efforts.
- Organizing and facilitating in-person meetings, conference calls, and facilitated collaboration sessions.
- Conducting program stakeholder meetings, capture escalations, and proactively resolve potential issues.
Minimum qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree preferably within an energy-related, environmental, electrical or mechanical engineering discipline.
- A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in a similar role.
- At least 5 years of project management experience.
- Experience and fluency with utility incentive programs and incentive program design and implementation.
- Ability to interact professionally with clients and to serve as the primary point of client contact for some projects.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct large collaborative facilitated sessions.
- Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, including risk management and mitigation.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct detailed technical and quantitative analysis.
- Strong technical writing, verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage tactical and strategic tasks.
- Intermediate experience using Microsoft Office (Office365, SharePoint, OneNote).
- Willingness to conduct occasional business travel.
Preferred qualifications:
- Knowledge of HVAC and/or Foodservice equipment.
Compensation is commensurate with experience within the pay bands of $105,000 - $137,000/Annually
Compensation is commensurate with experience and includes a generous retirement package. Energy Solutions provides an excellent benefits package including medical, dental and vision insurance, other pre-tax contribution plans and an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
