Senior HRBP

<p>We are looking for a <strong>Senior HRBP</strong> for a company in Stockholm. Start ASAP, 4 months contract to begin with. </p><p>The assignment will include tasks within:</p><ul> <li>As one of our HRBP you share the HR responsibility of our HR processes with your colleagues. You work independently to support your assigned part our business Finance &amp; Business Control, CEO Functions where you are a part of management groups on different levels.<br/> </li> <li>Be responsible for coaching the managers in the area of responsibility to get desired results from core HR processes.<br/> </li> <li>Together within the Management Team within your assigned areas drive &amp; coach managers &amp; employees in leadership, organizational and Change Management.<br/> </li> <li>Be responsible for driving Strategic Workforce planning together with managers.<br/> </li> <li>Together with your colleagues in the team, you will drive the HR agenda for your assigned business area and you will also take lead for at least one process/area within one of our core HR processes.</li> </ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Location: </strong>Stockholm (Hybrid but during onboarding onsite) </p><p><strong>Education :</strong> University degree in HRM or equivalent</p><p><strong>Language:</strong> Fluent in Swedish and good knowledge in English both written and spoken</p><p><strong>Meriting:</strong></p><ul> <li>Experience from working with HR processes in SuccessFactors</li> <li>Skilled HRBP</li> <li>Working in all kinds of HR processes</li> </ul><p><strong>This is a full-time consultant position through Incluso in Stockholm.
