Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field (or foreign equivalent), plus 5 years of experience in the job offered, or in a related occupation.
Special Requirements: Requires 5 years of experience with the following:
- Advanced SQL RDBMS design and query building skills (Oracle, SQL Server, Redshift, etc.).
- Knowledge of ETL practices.
- Profiling, manipulating, and merging massive data set using Big Data technologies, preferably from AWS, Google, Microsoft, or Cloudera.
- Exposure to SAP ERP system, Salesforce.com, etc.
- Coding experience with Talend, SAP data services, or other ETL methods.
- Unix or other shell scripting, and exposure to job scheduling software such as Control-M.
- Visualization tool experience, especially with Tableau or Power BI.
- Attention to detail and logical based thinking in building, testing, and reviewing data pipelines containing multi-disciplinary information.
- Build using established coding and naming standards.

Responsible for designing and establishing the solution architecture for analytical platforms and/or data-enabled solutions.Has broad understanding of the entire data and analytics eco-system of tools and technologies, with hands-on experience across all three core data domains of data science, data engineering, and data visualization. Responsible for fleshing out the details of the end-to-end component architecture being implemented by the team. Contributes to the team's development velocity, if necessary. Understands how an organization's data platform integrates within the overall technical architecture. Understands the business purpose the role fulfills, and the roadmap for the lifecycle of an organization's systems.
