About the Role:
In this position you will:
Assist with managing the office administrator team
Provide coverage for absent admins or additional assistance during training periods to ensure operational continuity
Partner with onboarding team to assist with creation of new hire accounts and system access
Travel for location audits and training sessions, as needed
Take on additional duties, as assigned, to adapt to evolving team and business needs

Key Qualifications:
2-3 years of previous administrative experience
1+ years of onboarding and/or training support
Proficient with Microsoft Suite, 5+ years of professional experience preferred
Highly detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment
Skilled in multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks to effectively meet deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
